    Working Mechanism of Condensed Filter with Glass Fiber as Core

    空气从滤芯中部流入,通过重力作用、惯性碰撞、直接拦截和渗透四种机理将油滴收集起来。
        ·重力作用:当过滤器内气流速度较低时,直径20—50μm的油滴在到达滤层前,经重力自由落体大部分被收集起来,而且气流在流经滤网时也继续落下而收集。气流速度越大,其效率越低。
        ·惯性碰撞:通常直径大于lμm的悬浮颗粒具有很大的冲量。与气流路径不常一致.因而会惯性地撞上纤维层。气流速度越大,碰撞率越大。
        ·直接拦截:直径从0.3-1μm的颗粒是随气流运动的,它们大部分将被滤芯l/2处的纤维层拦截而分离出来。粒子越小,拦截率越低。
        ·渗透:直径小于O.3μm的颗粒。因其质量太小已不具有液体的通常特性了。它们以一种无规则的布朗运动方式运动着.与气流路径是不一致的.正因这种运动方式使其能被更细密的滤层俘获。粒子越小。布朗运动越剧烈,捕捉机率越大。
     
    Air flows in from the middle of the filter element and collects oil droplets through four mechanisms of gravity, inertial collision, direct interception and infiltration.
    Gravity action: when the air flow velocity in the filter is low, the oil droplets with a diameter of 20-50μ m are mostly collected by gravity free fall before reaching the filter layer, and the air flow also continues to fall down and collect when flowing through the filter screen.  The higher the air velocity, the lower the efficiency.
    Inertial collision: suspended particles with a diameter larger than lμm usually have a large impulse.  It does not always coincide with the air flow path and thus will hit the fiber layer inertially.  The greater the air velocity, the greater the collision rate.
    Direct interception: particles with a diameter of 0.3-1 μ m move with the airflow, and most of them will be intercepted by the fiber layer at the filter element l/2 and separated.  The smaller the particle, the lower the interception rate.
    Infiltration: particles with diameter less than O.3μm m.  Because its mass is too small, it no longer has the usual characteristics of liquid.  They move in an irregular Brownian motion, which is inconsistent with the airflow path. It is precisely because of this motion that they can be captured by finer filter layers.  The smaller the particle.  The more intense Brownian motion, the greater the probability of capture.
